Annu Talreja has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. In 2022, they founded and became the CEO of Accacia, an AI-enabled platform that assists real estate and infrastructure companies in achieving their net-zero goals. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2021, they served as the Founder and CEO of Oxfordcaps, Asia's first branded and technology-enabled student housing company. Annu also had a role as the Director of Investments and Asset Management at Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation from 2015 to 2017. Before that, from 2010 to 2014, they were an Associate Vice President at Ernst & Young, where they managed the Transaction Real Estate Advisory practice in North India. Additionally, they have held positions as a Visiting Faculty at the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, a Senior Economist at AECOM, an Urban Planner at Jurong International, and an Associate at EY.

Annu Talreja completed their Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Sushant School of Art & Architecture from 1999 to 2004. Annu then pursued a Master's degree in Planning, specializing in Urban Planning, from the School of Planning and Architecture in New Delhi from 2004 to 2006. Later, in 2014 and 2015, Annu attended INSEAD and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree.
