Avais Sethi is an accomplished Engineering Manager with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently at Accedo.tv, Avais leads engineering efforts for streaming service applications, significantly improving code reusability and reducing regression issues through the formalization of collaborative processes and the introduction of shared architecture. Previously, at FitTrack, Avais successfully migrated CI/CD pipelines and implemented code scanning tools, resulting in substantial cost savings and increased test coverage. Avais has also held leadership roles at The Weather Network, Kinetic Commerce, Baycrest, and Transamerica, consistently driving innovation, enhancing code quality, and mentoring junior developers.
