Nikki H. is an experienced Customer Success Manager currently part of the SaaS/cloud services Accedo One team at Accedo.tv since October 2022. Nikki also owns and operates Photos by Nikki Alexandra, providing diverse photography services, including portraits, weddings, and nature photography. Previous roles include Account Manager positions at Apex Mobile Media and Oracle, where Nikki specialized in digital marketing campaign management and client support. Nikki's experience extends back to a Customer Success Specialist role at Centro, where outstanding service earned recognition, as well as positions in media planning and buying at MediaCom Canada and Marshall Fenn Communications.
