Kathy Driscoll Costello is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance, consulting, and operations management. Currently serving as an Independent Consultant at Accel-KKR since August 2020, Kathy specializes in consulting for portfolio companies on post-M&A integration and performance reviews. As a Bar Method Instructor and Studio Operations Manager since April 2015, Kathy leads fitness classes and oversees studio operations, including franchise development and performance analysis. Previously, Kathy held significant roles at Time Warner Inc. as Director of Treasury, achieving notable cost savings and performance targets, and at Warner Music Group as Director of Finance, where Kathy implemented key financial systems.
