Jessie Bustamante

CAO at ACCEL

Jessie Bustamante is currently the CAO at ACCEL. Jessie has held previous positions as Vice President of Development at the American Heart Association, Director of Advancement on the West Coast for Moishe House, and Executive Director for both the American Lung Association and Dysart Community Center. Jessie has been responsible for meeting specific financial targets at each of their previous positions, including monthly trend goals, event goals, and overall fiscal year market goals. Jessie has also overseen staff, implemented strategic priorities, managed timelines, and recruited executive-level volunteers. Jessie is experienced in corporate sponsorship, individual giving, chair succession planning, and new business recruitment.

Jessie Bustamante has a Nonprofit Executive Leadership Certificate from Arizona State University, as well as Doctoral coursework in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. Jessie also has an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and a B.A. in Spanish and Leadership from the University of Arizona. Jessie also attended Tecnológico de Monterrey and Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire, IL.

They are on a team with Kay Moore - Director of Adult Services, Bradley Reed - Director of Training & Development, and Mitchell Moore - CFO. Jessie Bustamante reports to Raymond Damm, CEO.
