Natalie Aihara has a diverse range of experience in the field of applied behavior analysis. Natalie started their career as a Behavior Technician at FirstSteps for Kids, Inc. in 2013 and later worked as a Behavior Technician at People's Care from 2014 to 2015. In 2016, they joined Behavioral Learning Network LLC as an RBT & Clinical Intern.
In 2017, Natalie moved on to STE Consultants, LLC. where they initially worked as a Behavior Technician before becoming a Trainer and Program Supervisor. Natalie'srole involved training behavior technicians, conducting performance assessments, and supporting BCBA's in the design and implementation of Functional Analysis's.
Natalie then joined Kadiant in 2018 as a Clinical Supervisor, where they played a crucial role in expanding the company's services to Washington State and managing the Pacific Northwest Territory. Natalie also contributed to the recruitment process and provided training for new hires.
In 2020, Natalie returned to STE Consultants, LLC. as a Division Training Specialist, where they helped in the creation of new training infrastructures and processes following Kadiant's acquisition of the company. Natalie organized and delivered new hire trainings while managing a part-time BCBA clinical caseload.
From 2021 to 2023, Natalie worked at Intercare Therapy, Inc. where they held the positions of Clinical Supervisor and later Clinical Director. During their time there, they demonstrated strong leadership skills, supported the continuity of care across multiple clients, and effectively managed conflicts and mentorship.
Currently, Natalie is employed as the BCBA Clinic Director at Accel Therapies since 2023.

Natalie Aihara obtained a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University in 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology at California State University - East Bay from 2010 to 2012. Natalie also holds certifications in Safety Care from QBS (obtained in February 2021) and BCBA from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (obtained in August 2018). Additionally, they obtained an Online CPR/AED and First Aid Combo Course certification from the American Academy of CPR & First Aid, Inc.
