Erin Padilla

Erin Padilla is the CEO and Co-Founder of Accela. Erin has over fifteen years of experience in leadership roles. Prior to Accela, Erin served as the Director of Asia-Pacific for Talent Plus, Inc., where they were responsible for all aspects of Asia-Pacific office performance and the development of team members. Erin has also worked as a Project Coordinator and Assistant to the Attorney General for the Office of the Attorney General, where they assisted with planning, coordination, and implementation of statewide initiatives. In their role as Assistant to the Attorney General, Erin also liaised with elected officials, lobbyists, and members of the press on the legislative initiatives of the office. Erin is a highly skilled and experienced leader who is passionate about their work.

Erin Padilla's educational career includes earning a degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University and a certification from the Ministry of Manpower in Key Appointment Holder. Erin also attended Leiden University.
