Kay Nadel

Kay Nadel co-founded MyHRgoto in January 2024, offering tailored HR solutions to optimize business objectives. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Talent Development/Management at AccelByte since October 2022, Kay oversees talent development initiatives, including leadership programs and employee experience. Previous roles include Director of Organizational Development at CSG and Director of Talent Development at Empyrean Benefit Solutions, where Kay managed comprehensive HR functions and strategic talent management. Early career experience includes consulting roles at Hewitt Associates and HR positions at Nashua Mobile and Werksmans Attorneys. Kay holds a BCom in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a BCom Honours in Human Resources Development from the University of Johannesburg.
