Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in LMS platforms (Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas)
• E-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HTML/CSS and multimedia editing tools. 
• Experience of working with HTML/XML or Markdown editing toolsExperience with video tutorial creation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and maintain clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, including user guides, manuals, and FAQs.
• Design, develop, and maintain LMS content, including course material, instructional videos, quizzes, and interactive elements.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather information and ensure the accuracy and relevance of content.
• Apply instructional design theories and methodologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Manage LMS functionalities, including user access, content organization, and progress tracking.
• Continuously evaluate and update training materials based on user feedback and evolving product features.
• Ensure all documentation and training materials are in line with company standards and branding.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in technical writing, e-learning, and LMS technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong technical writing skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
