Joshua Lampman

Joshua Lampman has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications field. Joshua started their career at Time Warner Cable in 2011, where they worked as a Tier 2 Broadband Support representative for a year. In 2012, they moved to West Corporation and held several positions including Tier 1 VOC Engineer, Tier 2 Network Engineer, Pre-Install Technician, and Test & Turnup Engineer. During their time at West Corporation, Joshua gained expertise in troubleshooting VOIP phones, configuring network equipment, testing Cisco network equipment, and working with major carriers to activate and troubleshoot WAN circuits. In 2021, Joshua joined Accelecom as a Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) Installer and later transitioned to a Network Implementation Engineer role. Joshua is responsible for configuring, deploying, and testing Ethernet Networks to meet engineering standards and customer requirements. Joshua also provides support for customer voice over IP, wireless, LTE, BGP Go Lives, and post-activation support.

Joshua Lampman obtained an Associates Degree in Computer Network Administration from Sullivan College of Technology and Design from 2008 to 2010. Joshua has also pursued numerous certification courses, including Juniper Networks Certified Associate - Junos (JNCIA-Junos) from Juniper Networks in October 2022, CompTIA PenTest+ from CompTIA in August 2021, and TCM Security Practical Ethical Hacking - The Complete Course from TCM Security in July 2020. Joshua has additional certifications from Cisco, including CCNA Security and Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA).
