Ben Chambers

Ben Chambers is a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in network engineering and systems administration. Currently serving as a Senior Network Engineer at Universal Music Group since October 2020, Ben previously held roles at AHEAD, where responsibilities included tier 3 escalation for service desk tickets and advanced troubleshooting for network and server issues. Earlier experiences include positions at ADESA as an IT Field Technician and at Stringfellow Technology Group, progressing from Level 1 Help Desk to Service Desk Team Lead. Ben holds a Master of Science in Computational Engineering from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Austin Peay State University.
