Patricia Busby

Patricia Busby has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Patricia started their career as a Teaching Assistant at New York University, where they developed curricula and mentored students in the undergraduate arts program. Patricia then worked as a Grants Specialist at the Student Conservation Association, drafting proposals and coordinating fundraising events. Patricia later took on the role of Associate Director of Programs at the Arlington Community Foundation, overseeing grant cycles and managing a scholarship program. Patricia also served as the Program Director at the Asian and Pacific Islander American Scholarship Fund. Patricia joined General Dynamics as an Executive Assistant, responsible for managing calendars, expenses, and travel arrangements. Patricia then became a Master of the Details and Assistant to the CEO at Matrix Group International. At Lesbians Who Tech & Allies, Patricia held positions as the Vice President of Administration and later as the Head of Operations and Partnerships.
