Patricia Busby has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Patricia started their career as a Teaching Assistant at New York University, where they developed curricula and mentored students in the undergraduate arts program. Patricia then worked as a Grants Specialist at the Student Conservation Association, drafting proposals and coordinating fundraising events. Patricia later took on the role of Associate Director of Programs at the Arlington Community Foundation, overseeing grant cycles and managing a scholarship program.
