Monica Poling

Monica Poling, SPHR, currently serves as the Vice President of People at Heartbeat Health since June 2021, having previously held the roles of Senior Director and Director of People at the same organization. Prior to this, Monica was the Human Resources Manager at Aireon LLC and spent nearly a decade at Alarm.com, where responsibilities included leading HR process reengineering projects, implementing the Workday HRIS system, and managing compliance requirements. Monica has a comprehensive background in HR operations, having also worked in various managerial and partner roles within human resources. Monica began her career as an HR intern at the Consumer Electronics Association and has experience as a gymnastics coach at All Pro Gymnastics. Monica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Stevenson University, obtained in 2010.
