Tyler Levy, JD, MSRE, CICCP has extensive work experience in the legal field.

Tyler currently serves as the General Counsel at Accelerate Investment Partners. Prior to this role, they were the Chief Compliance Officer at CrowdStreet Advisors.

Tyler also worked at CrowdStreet, where they held the positions of Associate General Counsel and Corporate Counsel.

Before joining CrowdStreet, they served as the Associate General Counsel at Megatel Homes, where they were responsible for legal matters related to Megatel Homes, LLC and Megatel Capital Investment, LLC.

Tyler began their legal career as an Associate Attorney at Wilson Elser.

Tyler Levy, JD, MSRE, CICCP has an extensive education history. Tyler received their Juris Doctor degree from SMU Dedman School of Law in 2013. In 2009, they graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, majoring in Government and Spanish, and minoring in Italian with a Business Foundations Certificate. Prior to that, they attended Colleyville Heritage High School from 2003 to 2007.

In 2020, Tyler earned a Master of Science in Real Estate from The University of Texas at Arlington - College of Business, specializing in Real Estate. Tyler also obtained a Certificate in Real Estate Development from the same institution.

To further enhance their knowledge and expertise, Tyler pursued additional certifications. In 2022, they completed the Certified Investment Company Compliance Program from the University of St. Thomas, focusing on Investments and Securities. Furthermore, they hold certifications such as Certified Investment Company Compliance Professional from the National Society of Compliance Professionals, and Series 65 and Series 79 from FINRA.

Tyler also has a professional license as an Attorney from both the State Bar of Texas and the Washington State Bar Association. Additionally, they have obtained the Fundamentals of Alternative Investments certification from the CAIA Association and is a Texas Real Estate Broker registered with the Texas Real Estate Commission.
