Howard Latham

Howard Latham's work experience begins in 1977 with IBM, where they held consecutive management and executive leadership roles for over 15 years. At IBM, they were responsible for revenue generation, profitability, market management, competitive analysis, pricing, negotiation of key alliances, and worldwide coordination. Howard reduced costs by 30% by merging multiple units into a single team.

In 1995, Latham joined VISTAinfo (formerly Moore Data Management Services) as the General Manager and Vice President. Howard led the North American Sales organization, expanded the product line and market share through acquisitions, and transformed the company from an MLS book printer to an online data provider.

Latham became the CEO and President of VISTAinfo in 2000 before moving to API Outsourcing in 2002 as the Executive Vice President of Operations. At API Outsourcing, they oversaw all aspects of sales, technology development, product management, production, and client care for the business process outsourcing company.

In 2011, Latham joined Xora, a ClickSoftware company, as the Vice President of Sales and Customer Support. Howard was responsible for leading enterprise-wide sales, customer, and channel operations. Xora was acquired by ClickSoftware in 2014. During their time at Xora, they also served as the Vice President of Customer Support, overseeing a 50-person 24/7 support organization in the U.S. and India.

From 2015 to 2018, Latham worked at HelpSystems, LLC as the General Manager of Business Intelligence, Capacity Management, and Document Management businesses. Howard guided each of these business units through significant change management initiatives, integrated acquisitions, and revamped development roadmaps and operational processes.

Latham was the Chief Executive Officer and Board Director of IVDesk from 2019 to 2020. Howard led the IT outsourcing company through an enterprise-wide restructure, reducing cash burn by 75% and improving performance, security, and usability for customers.

In 2021, Latham held roles as the Chief Operations Officer at RiskSmart Advisors LLC and Accelerate2Compliance (formerly known as RiskSmart Advisors). At RiskSmart Advisors, they were responsible for leading the Sales and Operations functions, including Customer Success and Support, Product Management, and overall Operations, Sales, and P&L performance. At Accelerate2Compliance, they led the development and implementation of an all-in-one integrated cloud-based software solution for information security compliance.
