Andrea Tirloy

Andrea Tirloy has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Andrea has served as the EVP of People at the Acceleration Community of Companies (ACC) since 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Global Head of HR at Wachsman from April 2022 to November 2022. Andrea also worked at Ogilvy as the Global People Lead for PR from September 2021 to April 2022. Before that, they held various roles at Ketchum, including VP of HR from November 2018 to October 2021 and VP, HR Director from February 2021 to September 2021. Prior to joining Ketchum, they were the Director of Talent at Havas Helia from 2011 to 2018. Andrea began their career as a Technical Recruiter at The ACI Group, Inc. in 2010 and worked as an Executive Recruiter at Profiles from 2006 to 2010.

Andrea Tirloy holds a BA in Communications from Loyola University Maryland. Andrea has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn in subjects such as crisis communication for HR, diversity and inclusion, human resources, leadership fundamentals, and inclusive leadership. These certifications were obtained between June and September 2020.
