Mick Sloan

Mick Sloan has extensive work experience starting as a Campaigns Department Intern at EMILY's List in 2013. They then moved on to become a Sports Editor at The Flat Hat: William and Mary's Student Newspaper in 2014. Mick continued their career at the Entrepreneurs' Organization as a Leadership Manager from 2015 to 2019. Finally, they joined Acceleration Partners, where they held various roles such as Leadership Marketing Specialist, Manager, Leadership Development and Content, Executive Chief of Staff, Associate Director, Executive Chief of Staff, and currently, Director of Talent Operations since 2019.

Mick Sloan obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from William & Mary in 2015. In 2014, they participated in the William and Mary Tuition Exchange Program at Cardiff University, focusing on Communication and Media Studies.
