Angie Lombardo

Angie Lombardo has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, notably serving as Global Director of Operations for Talent Acquisition at Arcadis from November 2011 to May 2023, where responsibilities included leading the global implementation of the Eightfold TA Module and optimizing recruiting processes. Previous roles at Arcadis also encompassed Global Project Lead and AVP of Talent Acquisition, focusing on recruitment performance metrics. Prior to Arcadis, Angie worked at Accenture as a Recruiting/Talent Acquisition Lead and held expat recruiting assignments in Australia and Singapore/Malaysia. Additionally, Angie contributed to the University of Wyoming as Manager of Job Development, providing career counseling and program development for students. Early in the career, Angie served as an RN Recruiter at Cross Country Trav Corps. Angie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The College of Wooster and has further education from Colorado State University.
