Beatriz Zanatelli

Beatriz Zanatelli has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Beatriz is currently the Director of Programs and Client Experience at the Accelerator Centre, where they oversee program management and ensures a positive client experience. Beatriz is also a Mentor at the same organization.

In 2022, Beatriz became a Co-Host of the Find A Way Podcast by FreshFounders, where they share their insights and expertise with listeners.

Prior to these roles, Beatriz co-founded and worked as a Co-Founder at Lightouch, an incubator and accelerator for startups in the Canadian market. Beatriz was responsible for fostering relationships with accelerators and leading team engagement and development globally.

Before Lightouch, Beatriz worked as a Consultant at E-Create - Soluções para o aprendizado digital, where they spearheaded the company's North American international expansion and commercial businesses related to LMS products. Beatriz was also involved in the creation of their EdTech spin-off, Lightouch.

Beatriz's entrepreneurial spirit led their to found Studio 2z Architecture and Management in 2014, a boutique architecture company specializing in remodeling and interior design. Beatriz led various projects and handled hiring within the company.

Earlier in their career, Beatriz worked as a Project Consultant at Petrobras and as a Retail Store Manager at Lojas Renner S.A.

Beatriz Zanatelli obtained a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Universidade Gama Filho from 2003 to 2008. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Success by 6 from Abrigo Centre in 2021 and Executive Media Training from Cannal Z Produções in 2019.
