Olivia Rogalla

Olivia Rogalla is the Manager of People & Operations at the Accelerator Centre. Olivia has a wide range of experience in administration, program coordination, and dispute resolution.

Olivia began their career as an Administrative Assistant with Peacebuilders International (Canada). Olivia then spent four years with YorkStreet Dispute Resolution Group, where they rose to the position of ADR Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating and administering Alternative Dispute Resolution programs.

In September 2018, Olivia took on the role of Executive Assistant to the Vice-President, Research and International at the University of Waterloo. In this role, they provided high-level administrative support to the Vice-President and their team. Olivia also managed a variety of special projects.

Olivia is a highly organized and efficient administrator with a passion for helping others. In their current role at the Accelerator Centre, they are responsible for overseeing the operations and administration of the organization.

Olivia Rogalla has a Human Resources diploma from Conestoga College, a Master's degree in Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership from Carleton University, a Graduate Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Humber College, and a Bachelor's degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Waterloo.
