Maurice Tucker

Maurice Tucker has worked in the technology industry since 2007. Maurice began their career at Ericsson as a Research and Development Engineer, eventually becoming a Lead Engineer and then a Scrum Master. In 2019, they joined AccelerComm Ltd as a Project Manager. At AccelerComm, Maurice is responsible for providing FPGA, ASIC and software solutions that enable optimal performance of communication systems. At Ericsson, Maurice was responsible for overseeing the work of fifteen experienced engineers, planning and chairing daily scrum meetings, sprint planning meetings and retrospective meetings, triaging defects, providing feedback to Line Managers, and overseeing the smooth day to day running of the team. Maurice also carried out line management responsibilities, helped to shape and guide policy on all aspects of the technical design process and working environment, and promoted the use of best practice.

Maurice Tucker obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from the University of Portsmouth between 2004 and 2007.
