Daniel Rakitin

Daniel Rakitin is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate development, financial operations, and investment advisory roles. Currently serving as the Director of Finance at Accelify, LLC since January 2014, Daniel has led transformative acquisition activities, supervised financial reporting, and developed assessment tools for educational performance. As President of TriRing Ventures, LLC, Daniel has advised on franchise and business acquisitions and negotiated major brand licensing deals in Eastern Europe. Previously, Daniel held the position of Director of Finance & Operations at Global Thermostat, where significant fundraising and partnerships with Fortune 100 companies were achieved. Early career experiences include roles at Altaris Health Partners, L.P., Merrill Lynch, and Goldman Sachs, providing a robust foundation in financial modeling, investment evaluation, and market analysis. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Cornell University.
