Violette Mounier

Violette Mounier is an experienced Project Manager with a focus on investments and operational excellence at Accelleron (ABB Turbocharging) since November 2021, overseeing CAPEX projects exceeding 1M CHF and implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Prior to this role, Violette served as a Project Manager and Project Engineer at Helbling Technik, contributing to innovation and product development across various sectors including food and beverages, home appliances, and medical applications. Violette's academic background includes a Ph.D. from EPFL in Energy, where research focused on innovative domestic heat pumps, as well as a Master's degree in Mechanical and Energy Engineering from Centrale Lyon.
