Jenny Bowles

Jenny Bowles has been working in the customer service industry for over 15 years. Jenny started their career as a customer service advisor at Boss Office Supplies and then moved on to JD Sports. In 2006, they began working as a cashier at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Jenny has been with FM OUTSOURCE LIMITED since 2011 and is currently the managing director.

They are on a team with Carly Freeman - Head, Human Resources, Carole Ray - People Services Manager, and Gary Lloyd - Head, Operations. Jenny Bowles reports to Tony O’Farrell, CEO.
