Nili Tshuva

Nili Tshuva has a diverse and extensive work experience. Nili is currently working as the Director of Software at Accellix since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Persistent Systems from June 2016 to May 2021, where they held multiple roles including R&D Delivery Head, Program Director, and Site Manager for their Israel branch. During their time at Persistent Systems, they managed various engineering teams across different geographical locations and oversaw the execution of projects from planning to production.

Before joining Persistent Systems, Nili worked at IBM as a Development Lab Manager from 2008 to 2016. Nili was responsible for managing the development and integration of projects after IBM acquired Telelogic. Prior to their role at IBM, they held the position of Development Lab Manager at Telelogic (formerly I-Logix) from 2006 to 2008. In this role, they managed a global QA group and also served as the Project and Quality Assurance Manager.

Nili's career began at I-Logix in 1993, where they worked as a Development Manager until 2006. Nili started their professional journey as a Software Engineer at ELTA Systems in 1990.

Throughout their work experience, Nili Tshuva has gained expertise in software development, project management, team leadership, and quality assurance. Nili'sexperience spans across various industries and they have demonstrated the ability to successfully manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects with a focus on budget, quality, and timelines.

Nili Tshuva began their education at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 1985, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. Nili completed this program in 1989. Following this, Nili continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Master of Science degree, specializing in Mathematics and Computer Science, from 1989 to 1991.
