Jelena Helene Cvejic has a strong academic background and research experience in the field of pharmacy. Jelena Helene started their career in 2002 at the Faculty of Medicine, Department of Pharmacy, University of Novi Sad, where they gradually rose to the position of Full Professor. Their responsibilities included teaching graduate and postgraduate courses, leading research projects, and collaborating with national and international organizations.
In 2010, Jelena joined Accelsiors CRO, where they held multiple roles, including Director of Translational Science and Consultant. Their work involved managing and developing clinical operations in South Europe and North Africa, ensuring quality standards, and providing guidance on GCP compliance and quality management.
Jelena also served as a Scientific Advisor for the Health Benefits Assessment of Foods Task Force at ILSI Europe and as a Member of the Board of Directors at Pharmabiotic Research Institute (PRI). Jelena Helene actively participated in various scientific organizations such as the European Lifestyle Medicine Organization (ELMO) and the European Nutrition Leadership Platform (ENLP).
Additionally, Jelena took a sabbatical leave at Universiteit Utrecht and Wageningen University & Research, further enriching their knowledge and expertise.
In 2020, they founded Reset Point, where they currently serve as the CEO, focusing on their entrepreneurial pursuits.
Jelena Helene Cvejic obtained a PhD in Chemistry from ULP - University Louis Pasteur Strasbourg I in France, from 1996 to 2000. Jelena Helene then pursued a DEA - Diplôme d'Etudes Approfondies (Mphill) in Molecular and Supramolecular Organic Chemistry at the same institution from 1995 to 1996. Recently, in the years 2019 to 2021, Jelena completed a specialization in Nutrition Sciences at the University Josip Juraj Strossmayer in Osijek, Croatia.
