Ana Chis has over a decade of experience in recruitment and office management, currently serving as both Office Manager and Senior Sales Recruitment Specialist at Accent Jobs Romania since July 2012. Responsibilities include developing and executing recruiting plans, interviewing candidates, creating job descriptions, and maintaining communication with managers to assess recruitment effectiveness. Ana has a strong background in sourcing candidates through various platforms, building networks, and collaborating with educational institutions to enhance recruitment efforts.
