Lindsey Crouse-Mitrook

Lindsey Crouse-Mitrook has extensive experience in the healthcare industry and has held various roles throughout their career. Lindsey is currently the Vice President of Managed Care Contracting and Value Based Purchasing at AccentCare, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Value-Based Care at AmeriHealth Caritas from 2017 to 2023. Lindsey also served as a Senior Consulting Manager at Truven Health Analytics® from 2015 to 2017, where they led consulting engagements and provided strategic advisory services to hospital and health system executives. Lindsey gained experience as a Senior Consultant at UnitedHealth Group from 2012 to 2015, where they focused on implementing rating engine software for payer organizations. Lindsey started their career at AvMed Health Plans in 2004 and held several roles, including Manager of Underwriting Systems and Support, Senior Technical Consultant, Senior Systems Analyst, and Health Systems Designer, until 2012. In these positions, they managed teams, maintained relationships with vendors, developed electronic health records, and oversaw contract negotiations and system implementations. Lindsey's diverse work experience has equipped their with a strong understanding of value-based care, payer operations, and healthcare reform.

Lindsey Crouse-Mitrook's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in History and Political Science from the University of Florida, obtained from 2002 to 2005. Lindsey then pursued an MBA with a focus on Health Management at Saint Leo University from 2008 to 2009. In 2009, they earned a Graduate Certificate in Public Health, specializing in Policy and Administration, from the University of Florida.
