Michelle Vilhauer, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Manager of HR Data & Analytics at AccentCare. With a comprehensive background in human resources and analytics, Michelle has previously held positions at Inspire Brands, Buffalo Wild Wings, Equinix, and other organizations, specializing in data modeling, report design, and employee relations. Michelle has expertise in developing analytical tools and consulting with leadership to ensure effective data utilization. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Arts in Management, Marketing, and Human Resources from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
