Rajani K, SPHR, currently serves as the Regional Recruitment Manager at AccentCare, Inc. since June 2022, and also holds the position of Recruiting Assistant and Recruitment Manager at Behavior Frontiers since September 2021. Previous experience includes roles at Kotak Mahindra Bank from May 2012 to October 2019, where Rajani worked as a Human Resource Relationship Manager and Deputy Manager for Campus Recruitment and Training Analytics. Additionally, Rajani was a Recruitment Intern at Teach For India in 2011 and a Database Administrator at RM Education Solutions India from July 2009 to July 2010. Rajani holds an M.B.A. in Human Resources Management and Services from Welingkar Institute of Management (2010-2012) and a BTech in Computer Science from SCT College of Engineering, Trivandrum (2005-2009).
