Kaushal Mody

Kaushal Mody is Accenture’s Chief Assets and Solutions Officer. He works with the industry practice chairs, global function leads, Song, IX, Technology and Operations to set and execute the agenda for assets and solutions. In this role, Kaushal focuses on driving profitable growth through building and scaling asset-led, industry focused, repeatable solutions. He is also a member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee.

In his more than 22 years with Accenture, Kaushal has worked in Strategy & Consulting and Operations Services. He has focused on growth strategy development and execution, helping clients execute digital transformations and drive 360° Value through Intelligent Operations and SynOps, and scaling industry leading offerings covering the client’s entire value chain. Kaushal has worked with global clients in key industries such as software and platforms, telecommunications and financial services.

Kaushal also led Operations acquisition strategy and execution with inorganic growth in newer areas of Inside Sales, Digital Procurement, Sustainability Services and B2B marketing.

Kaushal earned his MBA with specialization in Strategy & Finance from the Indian Institute of Management – Ahmedabad and Engineering Qualifications with specialization in Electronics from University of Mumbai.
