Anja von Emden

Anja von Emden is an accomplished consultant and facilitator with a strong background in organizational transformation, project management, and community building. Currently serving as a Consultant at Accenture, Anja supports organizational transformation towards agility alongside training and change management. Anja co-founded Taste The Shift and founded AGAIA Coliving, focusing on intentional community creation and providing supportive environments for personal and collective growth. Previous experience includes roles at socialbnb, Planview, Inc., and Deltek, where Anja contributed to sustainable tourism, project and portfolio management, and consulting on various business processes. Anja holds a Master's degree in Process and Project Management from The Berlin School of Economics and Law, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Textile Clothing Management from HS Niederrhein.
