Megan Yoo Schneider

Megan Yoo Schneider, EdD, MSEd, MSEng, PE, currently serves as Client Account Leadership at Accenture, focusing on utilities, energy, and natural resources. With extensive leadership experience as the Past President of the Board of Directors for the Municipal Water District of Orange County, Megan became the first woman of color and first female engineer to represent over 3.2 million residents. As the President and Bridge-Builder of Seven Management and Consulting, Inc., Megan promotes collaborative engagement and education. Previous roles include adjunct faculty at Chapman University, policy advisor for the County of Orange, and involvement in various engineering and policy-related positions at organizations such as Moulton Niguel Water District, Tetra Tech, and HDR. Megan's educational background includes advanced degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and UC Irvine, emphasizing organizational leadership and environmental engineering.
