Melanie Douglas

Melanie Douglas has over two decades of experience in human resources and organizational transformation. Most notably, Melanie served as Managing Director of Talent and Organization at Accenture from November 2008 to November 2017, acting as a trusted partner and thought leader to global HR executives. Prior to this role, Melanie led global HR transformational efforts as a Senior Manager in HR Transformation Consulting at Accenture. Earlier in Melanie's career, positions included Director of Human Resources at Best Buy and Manager of Human Resources at Darling Envelope Corporation. Melanie holds a degree in Business Administration from Baker University and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
