Saman Rukh

Saman Rukh is an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst at Accenture, specializing in quality evaluation and improvement across multiple workflows involving agents globally. Since joining Accenture in October 2019, Saman has successfully prepared and validated detailed analysis reports, mentored agents, and participated in continuous improvement projects. With a robust background in translation and quality control, Saman has served as an independent translator and proofreader for various organizations, including Gengo and Lilt, and honed skills in localization and customer support across different roles. Saman holds a Master of Arts degree in English from Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation - University.
