Sarah Phillips

Sarah Phillips, BBA, MHRM, CCP, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced compensation professional with expertise in global total rewards and human resource management. Currently serving as a Manager of Global Compensation at Accenture since May 2021, Sarah oversees the creation and maintenance of global salary ranges for over 60 countries and manages a team handling a comprehensive global job catalog. Previous roles include Associate Manager of Global Compensation at Accenture, Lead Analyst of Global Compensation at WestRock Company, and various compensation-related positions at CarMax, MeadWestvaco, and Wachovia Securities.
