Simon Holland is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and organizational effectiveness across multiple prominent firms. Currently serving as Managing Director at Accenture, Simon has previously held significant roles including President of Consulting EMEA at Korn Ferry, Partner and Head of Organisation Effectiveness at Oliver Wyman, and Group Head of Development at HSBC, where responsibilities encompassed learning, leadership, talent management, culture, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Additionally, Simon was a Senior Partner and Global Head of Organization Transformation and Talent at Deloitte. Educational credentials include a program at Harvard Business School in 2013 and attendance at Kircudbright Academy from 1978 to 1983.
