Sumeet Mahajan

Sumeet Mahajan is an experienced leader in data and artificial intelligence, currently serving as the Head of Data & AI for the US industry portfolio at Accenture since January 2019, also holding the title of Managing Director and North America Lead for the Center for Advanced AI. Prior to Accenture, Sumeet worked at OPS Rules from January 2016 to December 2018 as a Senior Principal, focusing on advanced analytic solutions for operational and revenue management challenges, following the company's acquisition by Accenture Analytics. Earlier experience includes roles at OPS Rules as Principal and Senior Manager, where project management supported supply chain management strategies, and at IBM as a Senior Supply Chain Consultant, delivering optimization-based solutions globally. Sumeet's career began at Fisher Controls as a Lean Opportunities Engineer. Education includes a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
