Vilpa Uthaiah

Vilpa Uthaiah is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over 15 years. At Accenture, Uthaiah held various roles, including HR Manager for Transition & Transformation, where responsibilities included managing the entire employee lifecycle and enhancing HR functions through tools like Workday and ServiceNow. Uthaiah also served as a Human Resources Specialist, overseeing the Field HR support team and leading the Rewards and Recognition program, as well as functioning as an HR Senior Advisor for Global Shared Services, managing recruitment across multiple delivery centers. Prior experience includes serving as HR Team Lead at V5 Recruiter Consultancy, focusing on end-to-end recruitment processes.
