Ruben Vandenheede

Ruben Vandenheede is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Accerion since January 2019, after previously holding the role of System Engineer. Prior to Accerion, Ruben worked at ASML from October 2012 to May 2017 as a Functional Architect, contributing to the functionality of the Tin Capture System in extreme ultraviolet lithography machines, and as a Gasflow Analyst, focusing on innovative technologies and time-to-market initiatives. Ruben's earlier experience includes interim professional roles at Yacht, research positions at the University of Michigan, and teaching assistance at TU Delft. Ruben holds a Master of Science in Aerospace from Delft University of Technology, a Private Pilot License from the Aviation Center, and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace from Delft University of Technology.
