Alina Tirla has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Alina started their career at Simcor Grup as the Head of Sales Marketing, where they were responsible for creating and overseeing the sales and marketing plans. Alina also organized marketing activities, identified development areas, and supervised departments.
After that, Alina worked at Cristalica GmbH as an Online Sales Manager. In this role, they were in charge of organizing and promoting sales channels, managing online shops, overseeing orders and deliveries, and implementing SEO optimization processes.
Later, Alina joined V.I.P. Pictures World GmbH as a Sales Marketing Manager. Their role involved promoting brands at an international level and considering each account within specific domains such as sports, the music industry, and arts.
Currently, Alina is working at acces.eu as the Chief Customer Officer. Prior to this role, they served as the Partner Management Lead, where they led a team of channel partners and focused on achieving sales objectives, partner recruitment, and maintaining relationships.

Alina Tirla received their Bachelor's degree in the Department of International Business from the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Oradea, where they studied from 1999 to 2003.
In addition to their formal education, Alina Tirla has obtained several certifications. Alina completed the Presales Foundation for UiPath Partners and Sales Foundations for UiPath Partners courses at UiPath in January 2022. Additionally, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in August 2021.
