Camelia Creosteanu

Camelia Creosteanu has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an Employee Relations & Benefits Coordinator at accesa.eu since June 2016, where responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Previously, Camelia worked as an HR Consultant at Dorsan from March 2011 to June 2016, overseeing HR processes aligned with business objectives. With a Master's degree in Human Resources Psychology and Organizational Health and a Bachelor's degree in PR and Communication from Babes-Bolyai University, Camelia has developed, implemented, and improved various HR programs and initiatives, contributing significantly to employee engagement and organizational success.
