Omobolanle Victor-Laniyan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability and corporate social responsibility. Currently serving as the Head of Sustainability at Access Bank Plc since November 2008, Omobolanle has made significant contributions such as leading the bank to become a pioneer global signatory to the Principles for Responsible Banking and developing sustainability KPIs for 28,000 employees across 14 countries. Previously, Omobolanle held roles in corporate communications and social responsibility at Access Bank, and served as Corporate Social Responsibility Manager at Cadbury Nigeria PLC, enhancing business strategies in alignment with global CSR goals. Early career included roles as Business Correspondent and Editor at Punch Newspapers, where pioneering initiatives in business and consumer reporting were achieved. Omobolanle holds an MBA from Bangor University and advanced management training from The Wharton School, along with degrees in Sociology and Mass Communications from the University of Lagos.
