Precious Chukwuzitere

Precious Chukwuzitere currently serves as the Assistant Head of Operations at Access Bank Plc since August 2023, following an extensive tenure at Fidelity Bank PLC, where since August 2018, the individual has excelled as a Customer Service Team Lead, utilizing Freshdesk and Zendesk for customer support and inquiry resolution. Previous experience includes a role as a Transaction Officer at First Bank of Nigeria Ltd. in 2017, focusing on customer transactions and financial accuracy, as well as teaching Computer Science at God's Own Academy from September 2015 to December 2016. Additionally, experience includes an internship at the Information and Communication Centre, University of Port Harcourt in mid-2012. Precious Chukwuzitere holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Port Harcourt, completed in 2014, and undertook graduate trainee training at Fidelity Crest Academy in late 2018.
