Shane Harrison

Shane Harrison has two years of work experience. In 2020, they began working as a Business Analyst for Access Business Technologies. In this role, they communicated with all lines of business to analyze requirements and convert these into building and implementing BI solutions using ad-hoc SQL queries, SSRS reports, or Power BI dashboards. Additionally, they met with financial institutions to understand and document requirements in order to map data fields between different financial software products using SQL and Excel. Shane also worked as a Help Desk Tier 1, providing support to business users, creating, responding to, escalating, and closing Jira tickets, and resolving issues related to Cloud (Azure Virtual Desktop) connections. In 2016, they worked as a Logistics Coordinator for Gold Country Printing, where they were responsible for maintaining successful relationships with over 100 commercial print clients, assisted with bringing in additional business, and led a small team to ensure client’s products are printed, packaged, delivered, mailed or shipped appropriately and on time.

Shane Harrison holds an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Sierra College. Shane has also obtained several certifications, including AZ-900 and MS-900 from Microsoft in 2021, CompTIA A+ Certification from CompTIA in 2020, GCP Employee of the Year from Gold Country Printing in 2017, and Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate from Microsoft in 2022.
