Access Care ADHC (Adult Day and Health Center) is a community-based, long-term care program that is a cheaper alternative to a nursing home. We offer free services to individuals who qualify! Services are designed to provide social and medical assistance to adults who need supervised care in a social and safe place outside of their home during the day. Services Available: Medical services (Nursing Station and Medical Staff onsite) Nutrition (Fresh breakfast, lunch and snack prepared in kitchen daily) Personal Care (Assistance where needed) Activities ( Physical, Cognitive, Social- Morning exercise, puzzles, card games, poker, music and dance, outings, etc. ) Transportation (Home pickup, Center drop off, appointments, outings ) Pharmaceutical (Administer medication ) Home Attendant Services (Home Health Care) Translators (For Russian, Arabic, Nepali, and Spanish speaking clients) Operation Hours: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
