Julie Nielsen (Witkovsky) is a Collaborative Care Psychiatrist at Access Community Health Centers since December 2013. Julie also holds the title of Psychiatric Consultant at UW Department of Family Medicine since July 1995 and Clinical Associate Professor at UW School of Medicine and Public Health since January 1995. Julie has been a Psychiatrist at Mendota Mental Health Institute, Access Community Health Centers, and University Health Services in Madison WI. Julie has also served as a Psychiatrist at University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Julie earned their Doctor of Medicine (MD) from UW School of Medicine and Public Health in 1990 and a Bachelor of Science (BS) with Honors in Zoology and Ethology from University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1990.
