Amanda Lee, MBA, MSN, PPCNP-BC has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Amanda currently serves as the Director of Practice Transformation at Access Community Health Network, where they lead practice transformation initiatives in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to their current role, Amanda worked as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at a community health center in Chicago. In this role, they provided primary care to a panel of patients, conducting health screenings and offering anticipatory guidance for children from birth to age 21. Amanda developed evidence-based treatment plans for both episodic and chronic illnesses and collaborated with other care team members to ensure comprehensive care.

Additionally, Amanda served as the Provider Onboarding Manager at Access Community Health Network. Amanda developed and oversaw the operations of the ACCESS Provider Onboarding Program, which supported new graduate advanced practice providers in transitioning into independent practice.

Earlier in their career, Amanda worked as a Registered Nurse at ESF, Inc., where they provided nursing care and first aid to campers in a day camp setting. Amanda also processed camper health files, medications, and completed independent first aid care.

Amanda's work experience also includes a role as a Teaching Assistant for Advanced Health Assessment at Yale School of Nursing and as a Hematology/Oncology Clinic Assistant at Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota. In these roles, they gained experience in conducting assessments, assisting in clinic support duties, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Amanda Lee holds an impressive education history. Amanda received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biology, General from Lawrence University in 2007. Amanda then pursued a degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Yale School of Nursing, completing it in 2010. Following that, they obtained certifications as a Certified Nursing Assistant from the American Red Cross in 2007 and as a BLS (Basic Life Support) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association in 2010. In 2011, they became a Registered Nurse certified by the State of Connecticut and the State of Illinois. Amanda furthered their nursing education by earning a Master of Science in Nursing degree with a focus on the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Specialty from Yale School of Nursing in 2012.
