Ryan Kritz has an extensive work experience. Ryan began their career in 2011 as an Area Director for the Boy Scouts of America, Grand Canyon Council. In 2015, they were a Lead Career Peer for the Career & Professional Development Center at Arizona State University. Ryan also worked on the AZ Loop: SpaceX Hyperloop Competition at the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University. In 2016, they were a Senior Capstone: Robotic Wrist at Axus Technology and a Lead Electrical Engineer at M33 LABS, where they drafted a detailed bill of materials for Space, designed and assembled a custom circuit board, coordinated with the mechanical engineering team, and collected user feedback. In 2017, they became an Advanced Repair Agent (Geek Squad) at Best Buy. In 2022, they were a Quality Assurance Manager (Product Development) and Technical and Product Support at Access Control Group.

Ryan Kritz has a Bachelor's of Science in Engineering (BSE) in Robotic Engineering from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Ryan also attended Verrado High School from 2008 to 2011, where they studied Engineering. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Apple (Apple Certified iOS Technician (ACiT) in April 2019), Autodesk (Autodesk Fusion 360 Certified User in May 2016), and PADI (PADI Open Water Diver in June 2008).
