Isaac Yoke Hian Chan

Isaac Yoke Hian Chan is a highly experienced Senior Speech Language Pathologist at Access Health and Community since January 2021. Previously, Isaac worked as a Speech and Language Pathologist at Merri Health from July 2018 to January 2021 and at the Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) / Pathlight School from March 2015 to June 2018. Isaac's early career included a position as a Disability Support Worker at Yooralla in 2014 and serving as an Internship Coordinator and Teaching Assistant in the Communications and New Media Department at the National University of Singapore from 2010 to 2011. Isaac holds a Master of Speech Pathology from La Trobe University and two degrees from the National University of Singapore, a Master of Arts in Linguistics and a Bachelor's degree with first-class honors in English Language.
